Supplier
Data Vista Consulting (SSM 202203220908), 47,Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Proprietor: Ahmad Rizal bin Hassan. Email info@data-vista.digital, phone +60-3-0000-2102.
Services
We provide paid programming consulting for data engineering and analytics: scoped build work, code review, and prepaid advisory sessions. Deliverables are described in a statement of work or order email.
Prices and payment
Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Unless a written quote says otherwise, amounts are exclusive of any service tax you must account for separately. Invoices are payable within fourteen days by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. Work may pause if payment is late.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to repositories, environments, and decision-makers. Delays on your side may shift timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights agreed in the statement of work to use deliverables internally. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their original licences. We may reuse general know-how that does not disclose your confidential information.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public technical and business information with reasonable care and use it only to perform the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party platforms outside our control.
Consumer remedies
Nothing here limits your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Disputes may be referred to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
