Refund and cancellation
Refund policy for paid consulting services from Data Vista Consulting.

Scope
This policy applies to paid programming consulting, advisory sessions, and project deposits invoiced by Data Vista Consulting (SSM 202203220908).
Cooling-off for direct sales
Where the Consumer Protection Act 1999 direct-selling provisions apply, you may cancel within ten days of a distance contract by notifying us in writing at info@data-vista.digital.
Service fees
If you cancel after a written statement of work is accepted but before work starts, we refund prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred. Once development or advisory time has started, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Advisory sessions
Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four hours’ notice in MYT. No-shows forfeit that session fee.
Deposits
Deposits holding calendar capacity are refundable within seven calendar days of written confirmation if no work has begun; otherwise they apply to the first milestone.
How to request a refund
Email info@data-vista.digital or call +60-3-0000-2102 with your invoice number and reason. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days.
Exceptions
Delivered source code, credentials, or documentation already supplied remain yours per the terms of service; refunds do not require return of digital goods already downloaded.
